Should YOLO be prevented from fulfilling any of its obligations to you as a result of any event of force majeure, then those obligations shall be deemed to have been suspended to the extent that and for as long as YOLO is so prevented from fulfilling them and your corresponding obligations shall be suspended to the corresponding event. In the event that such event continues for more than 14 days after it has first occurred then YOLO shall be entitled (but not obliged) to terminate all of its rights and obligations in terms of or arising out of these terms by giving notice to you. An event outside the control of YOLO shall mean any event or circumstance whatsoever which is not within the reasonable control of YOLO including, but not limited to, vis major, casus fortuitus, any act of God, strike, theft, riots, explosion, insurrection or other similar disorder, war (whether declared or not) or military operations, the downtime of any external telecommunications line, power failure, international restrictions, any requirement or any international authority, any requirement of any government or other competent local authority, any court order, export control or shortage or transport facilities.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court seated in Verulam, South Africa in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the services referred to herein, or the terms or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

Delivery times on Imported Items :
Please look on each Product Description to see which dispatch time applies..
IMPORTED ITEMS: 7 – 14 working days
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS: 2-5 working days

Delivery Times for In stock items:
Sat and Sun Helium balloon and balloon bouquets orders will
be delivered before 13:00 all orders must be placed before 12:00 on Friday.
Mon to Fri orders for courier placed before 11:00 will be
delivered the next day before 17:00 this
applies to Kwazulunatal, all other Area apart from outlying areas will be
delivered within 2-3days,
Outlying areas will be delivered within 3-4 days. Orders
placed after 12H00 will only e sent out the next day before 12h00.
Mon to Fri helium
balloons or balloon bouquets orders placed before 11h00 will be delivered the
same day before 17H30 , Orders placed after 11H00 will be delivered the next
day before 17H30.
1. Delivery area for helium balloons urban areas in
the following cities Umhlanga, Verlum, Phoenix, Mount Edgecomb, Umdloti, La
Mercy, Tongaat Ballito all areas, Shakaskraal,Kwadukuza (Stanger)
You will be notified of stock availability after order is
processed, if there is no stock of an item allow a further 1-3 days for lead
time for delivery.
Should he supplier not have stock of the item you have
requested you will be refunded or an alternative item may be chosen.
Stock availabilities notices will take between 1-2 hours
from placing orders Mon to Friday between 09:00 – 16:00 should your order fall
out of these times you will get notified on the next business day.

Ballito area delivery is R45
Cancelations: All online orders will need to be cancelled within 24hours from placing order, if not cancelled withing that time frame a 40% cancelation
