Terms and Conditions

Refund and Exchanges for E-commerce and in stores purchases.

This is the Refund and Exchange Policy of S and D Business Solutions trading as YOLO Party Shop and is binding on all customers.

The onus is on the customer to satisfy themselves with the condition of the goods before leaving the store or on checkout of online store. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any item that is unused and in its original condition. These items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original seal and packaging intact, together with the original proof of purchase. 

Items that have been delivered via courier and that have no defects, the courier fee will be for the customers account.

This section refers to non defected Items returned after the 7 day purchase period and before 30 days from date of purchase will be eligible for a store credit valid for 12 months from date of issue of store credit. Items returned after 30 days from date of purchase  will not be refunded nor a store credit will be issued.

Items deemed to have a quality or manufacturer defect must be returned within a 7 day period together with the original proof of purchase. 

The following items are completely non-refundable:

  • Any perishable item unless there is a manufacturer defect and the original proof of purchase is available.
  • Character Centre Pieces or other décor that is capable of being deconstructed and resealed unless there is a manufacturer defect and the original proof of purchase is available.
  • Inflated Balloons
  • costume accessories 
  • Latex balloons.
  • baking hardware.
  • specially ordered in product.

The goods will either be exchanged or refunded in the same way that the goods were paid for.

Cancelations for E-commerce store purchases: All online orders will need to be cancelled within 24hours from placing order, if not cancelled withing that time frame a 40% cancelation fee will apply as we would have already placed orders for out of stock items or imported items.
