DELUXE: VARIOUS PATTERNS, COLOURS, TYPES AND SIZES WILL BE USED (DEPENDING ON YOUR DESIGN)

Balloon hoops, arches and garlands can only be purchased for delivery in selected KZN urban areas.
Delivery areas are: Umhlanga, Verulam, Phoenix, Mount Edgecomb, Umdloti, La Mercy, Tongaat, Ballito all areas, Shakaskraal, Kwadukuza (Stanger)
certain area will be subject to delivery charges.
